AprilAlways an exciting time in the garden- pops of colour seem to arrive every day. It was my dad’s favourite time of year and he’d always take two weeks off work near his birthday just to potter around the garden. I always get excited by the lily of the valley, which smells divine, and the ever-growing asparagus patch, which is so much more delicious than any shop bought asparagus I’ve ever had. I cannot emphasize how different it is.
