Box of Treasure
‘Boxes of Treasure’ describes a box of surprise items that I am offering at a majorly discounted price. I don’t often have sales, so this is your chance to grab a bargain. The box might contain one piece or a few smaller pieces which would have collectively sold for around £100-£120. In most boxes you can expect to find a wall piece featuring a bird, and some sort of floral item (a small wreath, or a mini bouquet etc). I also have some teeny mice to pop in a few boxes too.
I’ve recently had some work sent back from a gallery I had completely forgotten about (the gallery closed early last year), so it’s work I’d made a few years back now. I also have a couple of sample/prototype pieces I’ve made when I'm trying out new designs.
I like surprises, so I find it fun to offer them in this way, rather than a sale. And last time you found it fun too! (and you get more of a bargain this way, rather than purchasing individually, because the time I save by not having to list and photograph everything directly transfers into more bargains for you).
If you like my work, it’s a good way to get yourself a little surprise. You can also fill out the delivery details to send a gift to somebody else. There is a box you can fill out at checkout for any message and I will write it out for you on a jolly postcard.
The items will be a complete surprise, so you can’t request any items specifically, but you can let me know in the message box at checkout if you have a dislike of a particular colour, or a favourite. Dislikes will be respected, of course. Declaring your favourite colours does not guarantee pieces in that colour. I’ll do my best, but I only have a few items available as these boxes of treasure are in limited supply.
If you buy multiple boxes, I may send everything in one larger box to save on packaging, which might include larger artworks instead of multiple small ones. Please let me know when ordering if you specifically want individual boxes.
