This paper sculpture wall hanging features a red squirrel scampering above a baby barn owl. Their wreath is adorned with leafy stems and hydrangea blooms in mint green and ice blue.
The baby owl is completely covered in hand cut paper feathers. His face and belly are a crisp white, and he has a golden beak. His forehead and back are golden browns, hand printed to have his own colour palette and textured markings.
The squirrel is rusty orange, with hand cut fur textures. His belly is white and he has faceted black bead eyes. The sculptures are varnished with a UV protective lacquer, which seals their edges and makes them suitable to sit in the sunshine all day without losing their colours.
This woodland wall hanging has a hook suspended with fishing line, with which it can be hung on your picture rail or nail tack.
40 cm (16 inches) wide and tall. The squirrel is 27 cm (just over 10 inches) from head to tail and the barn owl is 10 cm (4 inches) tall.
